Facilities clean and spaceous. The nurses were really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Phillips on my floor for being so cheerful with me, and Elizabeth (I think) who was with me when I came round from my general anaethetic. Also felt in safe hands with Dr. Nick the anaethetist and his team, who explained what would happen to me and gave the impression of being very competant. Also my consultant Dr. Vashisht, who is very professional and has excellent bedside manner.

My breakfast was blended up and I couldn't order avocado as it wasn't allowed. I think I was accidentally put on blended food for that meal for some reason. Was unsure whether I would get a cost reduction or not if I didn't stay the night - no one could tell me.

I have used Dr. Vashisht before and trust him. He's very good at explaining things.

The staff - they were really friendly with me and each other. They make a great team.
