Overall, the staff (from surgeon to the people delivering the food) were extremely professional, empathetic and responsive.

Suggested improvements
The one thing that was a bit disorganised was the checkout and communication around medications. Both today and Friday when I was in were similar. The dr, nurses and pharmacists didn’t seem to be on the same page about what was getting prescribed, and it took a number of hours each time to get it sorted. Everyone was polite and apologetic, but it seems like there was a bit of communication issues both time. As a patient, I also wasn’t told how long I would be waiting to checkout. Today I was told I was ready to be discharged around 11… but it’s now 2pm and I’m still waiting on medication.



To be honest, all of the staff have been exceptional.
