Share review of Cleveland Clinic London Hospital
I answered good because on the whole everything was excellent but I found it difficult to make the catering staff understand about my lactose intolerance. This is not an allergy in the true sense in that if I consume some in small quantities it will do me no harm but in larger amounts I could get diarrhoea.Because i told the admissions clerk about this it meant that I was told I could not have many items on the menu.I had difficulty explaining the difference between an intolerance and an allergy.
I had visits from several members of the management team and was able to explain all this and feel confident that this can be rectified. In fact I was asked for opinion on a number of things before I left and feel gratified that my thoughts were valued. This was very much appreciated,my thanks to all concerned.
From the beginning and through the whole process of treatment Dr Melikian was perfectly clear in every he told me and went to a lot of trouble to give me the best care.I had complete and faith that he would do the best for me.
I would like to mention that I feel very lucky to have had treatment at the Cleveland cliinic
I will not single out anyone by name sufficient to say that all members of staff were thoughtful, caring and considerate. They all carried out their roles efficiently and professionally.
