I answered because of my whole experience

This not a complaint but rather a suggestion, it maybe worth monitoring, to increase the frequency of cleaning of the first floor common area toilets.

From my own experience whilst being outpatient/inpatient at the clinic.

Everyone member of staff from cleaners, caterers, nursing staff and all doctors were excellent.
