Once I was inside the nurses were very helpful and kind, everything was explained and was great. However, when I first arrived there was a mix up about payment. The hospital thought I was paying but it had already been arranged by an outside agency. Even though the person signing me in was kind, it was a very confusing and upsetting time when I just wanted to get the procedure over with. It was sorted out but calls had to be made to the agency and the consultants PA before it was sorted. Didn't need the stress before the procedure. I was disappointed that a hospital like this was not communicating properly between departments as the agency said this had happened to other patients before. I just was expecting more going private.

Suggested improvements
Communication between different parts of the hospital so everyone is clear before a patient arrives. The people signing patients in need to have the correct information given to them so they can do their jobs more efficiently. Side note about this form, I didn't have food but there is not a N/A option, please consider adding one in. I clicked 3 stars but actually have no idea!!! Thanks


The nurses were fantastic and really made sure I was ok and knew exactly what was going on. Thank you.
