Costs may not have been discussed because l am on medical insurance. The discharge process could be better. It is very slow. It needs to be better coordinated.

Suggested improvements
Other than the discharge process which I have already discussed above, there isn’t much else that I feel could be improved.



Everyone that I interacted with was great. However I must acknowledge the Ward Manager for going the extra mile. She is truly hands on, caring and compassionate. She made me feel at home. I must also acknowledge nurse Steph, a bundle of energy, always explaining things and always there when I needed her service. Finally, I would like to acknowledge Toby for also being ever present and helpful. I thank him for taking me around for light exercises, always in good humor but staying professional. I really appreciate. Thank you Cleveland Clinic
