Answers given in line with the care and friendliness shown by care givers except in one minor case but one failing. Visitors do need to be given access to loved one even though it may breach the visiting hours policy. Nobody whose loved one is undergoing life saving surgery needs to be told "You can't go in. It's company policy".

Be less strict about visiting hours. We can understand there may be times when visiting is impossible but most are even while being restricted.

The care and comfort given by the nursing staff. Knowing that the majority of actual care staff had been trained in British Hospitals and watching the Cleveland team instructing them how it is done in the USA.
