All the staff were so friendly, kind, capable , courteous and approachable. They all came across as really genuine. Everyone introduced themselves to us - told us what their name was and what their role was. 'Hello, my name is...' at it's very best- as it should be. The nursing, medical, OT staff were always promptly available. And when we did speak to them,they gave us all the time we needed. The medical staff were clinically impressive and their communication skills were excellent. Our experience of the Cleveland is that you get the very best medical expertise and care there. But also that the Cleveland Clinic is a Health Care providor which which engenders a culture of compassionate, proactive care and which provides a holistic approach with clincal expertes and excellence. Also.. the physical environment is lovely!

More vegan options on the food menu-there is currenty only one!

All the staff but in particular, Dr Alex Woo, Ellen O'Brien (OT) Dr Ross Nortley, Dr Goldring, Dr Jeremy Rees, Dr J kwan. And, Sonya Hofman. What made the difference was that medical and nursing staff were always readily available to update us, had a great bedside manner and explained things properly to us. And we had confidence in their clinical expertise. The impression we had was that staff not only respected patients -in a positve and healthy way-but also appeared to have good and positive professional relationships with each other. Staff seemed to enjoy working here and felt they could progress professionally too. We were self paying- and the Clevland is not cheap (!) but what was really impressive was that the staff were mindfull, open and respectful of this, which led us to feel we we were not being exploited.
