Superb - made something not very nice, not seem quite so bad!

Suggested improvements
Mess up on the confirmation welcome letter. Had the wrong date for my procedure and also didn’t highlight my MRSA test appointment which was booked for the prior day. I had to chase up and confirm that all was properly logged at the Cleveland Clinic. But to your credit once I did raise the issue it was corrected immediately and an apology came very quickly.


Mr Nathan - he is a superb consultant and I trust him implicitly. Kayleigh my nurse for the day. Polite, efficient, on the case, and evidently very caring. Alicia (I think) - was the kind lady I woke up to from the procedure. Made me feel very at ease and her professionalism, evident experience and caring nature, is another great example of someone from your team who makes a difference.
