Having had a previous experience of a complication during an operation I was fearful of a recurrence. The op had a very encouraging outcome this time as a result of the team and the the extra-ordinary kindness of both those lead by Mr Nathan and on the 5th floor. In particular nurse Noel went out of his way to make sure my recovery stay was the best possible.

Suggested improvements
Improve the food both in breadth of choice and quality of ingredients. For instance Scrambled Eggs should be an easy choice to deliver but the smell from what the eggs were cooked in suggested a rancid product. Also on two occasions items ordered did not arrive.


I could not have expected any better or receive better treatment. I did not need to know cost of treatment as BUPA will fully cover a Not applicable option for that question would be more appropriate
