All the nurses and staff were very polite and explained everything really well. I felt very confident in my care.

Suggested improvements
The food is very poor, menu too fancy. Bit hit on miss even on poached eggs who the chef is and did not always get what I ordered. I was on a low fibre mushy food diet and often requested puree carrots but often got ordinary carrots. Also if i ordered soup as well either my main or soup would be cold by the time I got to the other course, When you are not feeling well just plain food is ideal. The menu needs to be changed weekly as I was in for 3 weeks and very boring after a while.

My consultant was amazing and i trusted him 100%. He explained everything to me so I could understand and very easy to talk to. I cant praise him enough,

Katie and Wilmer were exceptional nurses and so lovely and explained things really well. Having said that every nurse I had was amazing and every member of staff - cleaners , waitress staff, physios, dieticians were all amazing. I always felt I was given the best care possible.
