My stay at the Cleveland Clinic was almost futuristic! Exceptionally clean areas throughout, using IT systems where all the information was at your fingertips, I never sensed any frustration from the staff with the systems. The nurses were so knowledgeable and compassionate I felt safe and genuinely cared for by them. All my doctors and surgeons were exceptionally talented and confident with perfect manners and displaying a sense of humor which made the stay so remarkable. I never felt alone and always monitored for any changes to my health. The food was nice, but I started to run out of options at the end.

Suggested improvements
Don't change anything regarding the staff, everyone I met worked professionally and efficiently and there was almost a feeling of family in the clinic. I think it's because everyone treated each other with respect. Food can be a bit more varied, menus including photographs might be nice to help people when their appetite is low. More snacks and sweets perhaps. Bluetooth ECG would help tremendously as they people would not feel having a milestone around their neck. We lost access to the clinic's free WIFI which was a terrible inconvenience on the last day when we had to arrange transport etc. A comfier bed would help
