In general everything went as expected or better.

1) Wifi service intermittent and inefficient. I had to resort to being a techie to fix my issues. 2) Processes and procedures could be done much quicker - I felt the workflow platform being used slowed down processes.

I have known Dr Melikian for a long time and trust him with my life. I followed him to Cleveland Clinic.

It's a lovely, new hospital with bright and clean design.
