I received excellent care from Cleveland Clinic London. My Senior Nurse Case Manager, Amy Hamilton, was a compassionate and knowledgeable resource for me and my family during my care. All the nursing and support staff on the 4th floor were kind, attentive, and personable and did their best to make me feel comfortable. The food was very good. The room was comfortable and clean.
Dr. Ramon Tahmassebi is a skilled surgeon who clearly explained my course of treatment and coordinated the services of other doctors to ensure the best outcome for me. He also ensured that I was able to return to the US comfortably with my family according to our original itinerary. He also completed a referral for me for a surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio for my follow-up care.
As I mentioned above, Amy Hamilton, Senior Nurse Case Manager, and Dr. Ramon Tahmassebi, were critical team members involved in my care and really supported my family throughout my stay. Dr. Ash Vasireddy coordinated my transfer from Kings College Hospital to Cleveland Clinic London and helped ensure my surgery was completed timely in order for me to return to the US on my original schedule.
