Had to wait several hours for pharmacy items to arrive before I could be discharged. Had to ask what was being done rather rpthan someone coming to give us an update.

Suggested improvements
Discharge very casual. No one appeared to be coordinating this. No wheelchair organised to help one leave the premises. No one allocated to help carry baggage. Hospital does not order cabs for leaving patients and no offer of help getting into a taxi.


Mr Gikas was always very positive and gave me his personal phone number to ring with any queries. He texted me over the weekend to see if I wasprogressing well.


Physiotherapy department were well organised and very helpful.
