Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Porter Isaac, nurse Layo, Healthcare Assistant Monika and my Anaesthetic Practitioner Leslie, all contributed to making me feel at ease.

Informing me about the delay in going to theatre. At my pre-assessmet, i was told that my procedure would be at 09:00; however I was collected from my room after 10:30 and at no time was I informed of the delay.

Mr. Daryll Baker is a lovely consultant and human being, who listens to his patients and treats them with care and respect. He is very understanding and because of those beautiful traits/ qualities, i have no reservation in recommending him to anyone who needs similar care/ surgery.
