your reception area in Chester Street was awful and directed me erroneously to the 1st floor where the service was just as bad Also I was discharged from ITU but without after procedure leaflets Food was a joke & service was amateur I brought in my medications as requested in the correct boxes but they were not used So medically excellent but awful apart from that
