Everyone was so welcoming. The clinic was very clean and tidy. I enjoyed the experience.

I did not have Internet access until the nurse said that they could not contact my friend who was accompanying me home. It would be sensible to have the WiFi details in a prominent place. If this was done then my friend would have be able to get access and calls would have been answered. Also if the nurse had taken my friend's name, they could have asked reception if she was there as the nurses had trued calling her 3 or 4 times with no success.
