All the staff from the doctors to the cleaners were polite, courteous and very helpful

The food menu is not suited to extended stays - I was in for 10 days but the menu was the same every day

I was always fully informed and every stage was explained in clear terms before proceeding.

ward staff / nurses / doctors were all very clear and helpful and explained what they were doing at all times
