There was some confusion overnight about prescribing and managing pain relief, which meant I was in a great deal of pain (9-10/10) for four hours. This appeared to be due to a computer network problem and was eventually resolved by Giselle personally going to find a doctor to prescribe better pain relief. However, the nurses were very kind and did everything they could to help me manage the pain in the interim.

Steph, Giselle, Ana, and Simi were excellent caregivers - compassionate, calm, and able to explain the situation clearly.
