Your front of house team were limited in what they could do, For a hospital of your claimed status you should provide better accomadation for patience disembarking from cars and there should be help with visiting cars. One FOH attendant person tells you that there are car parking facilities and another says not any more thy are reserved now only for Doctors, with restrictions on your mini lay-by this is not helpful and is poor service. There is no one to help with transport for return home journeys and late in the evening this is worrying, not what is expected of a hospital of your advertised status.

Suggested improvements
You need to be more mindful of the impact that your meet and greet has on a patients and of the nasty taste left when departing patients are abandoned,


The consultants that attended on me met all the requirements highlighted in your questions above.


No although your nurses did their best to paper over the cracks.
