The whole process from start to finish of discharge of the hospital was communicated throughout, clear guidance, friendly staff, above, and beyond. Totally excellent.

The call bell to call the nurse fell on the floor and I was unable to reach it. That’s the only flaw it should have a case or something to clip on to keep to the side of the bed, because it was an hour before I could get it back to me.

The time spent with the consultant he explained to me he explained my husband we do exactly the process clear guidance so nothing was unexpected. I couldn’t of asked for more reassurance gave at all times.

I couldn’t single out one person because everyone was amazing and friendly
