Excellent in patient experience,great surgeon and anaesthetist and nurses . The radiologist on a previous visit was excellent at reassuring me as I was nervous ,as was the anaesthetist today .The surgeon has a lovely bedside manner and clearly explains everything.

Only criticism was difficulty communicating with his receptionist before Xmas to sort out appointments needed ,could have been a bit slicker ,would be nice if they send emails or call you back that day (telling patient if unable to get through to specialist or don’t have information requested ). I was very anxious pre op (and maybe therefore demanding ).
