I was very well looked after from the moment of my arrival to the departure after my treatment.

The porter who took me from reception and to my room on the 5th floor, wasn’t sure of where to go.

Professor Simon Redwood showed an air of confidence and calmness, which helped me with the understanding of the procedure I was in for, and how he helped me to keep calm.
