Absolutely 1st class in every respect; and I really mean EVERY respect. The quality of service by every single person was tops.

I can't think of anything that could have been done better.

From my first 'on-line' consultation with Professor Simon Redwood, he gave me total confidence that he understood what my problem was likely to be and if he found it to be that, he would fix it . . . it was, and he did. He was very friendly right from the start and fully explained the procedure before and while carrying out the procedure. On my request, he also showed me a 'Before' and 'After' image of the repair/fix he had carried out . . . I found that extremely reassuring. He visited me later when I was back on the 5th floor to check everything was ok and go though the medications I needed to take. A 'tip-top' man in every respect.

Ref 'ANYTHING' . . . everything about the hospital was 1st class. Ref 'ANYONE' . . . I found every single person that I had contact with 100% committed to giving the best care and attention possible. Again, all 1st class people.
