Doctors, nurses were very helpful. Explanations given. Spent a lot of time listening. Responded to my calls.

Was not happy that my wife had to pay for a bed and the bed was not really comfy.

I appreciate very much that Prof Lambiase acted very quickly to get me admitted and resolve the problem he found. Doing the procedure even though it was not his op day, finding a vacant slot in the Cath Lab. Very grateful.

Nurse Damian, Jessica and Lauren were very good in explanations. Pacemaker team seemed to do a good job of testing before discharge and explained everything. All staff were really good even if I cannot remember their names.
