Surgeon Mr Russo and his team and assistants were great. I am so greatful to them. I would recommend them to everyone. However, discharge summary was the worst I have ever seen and did not contain any instructions for the GP and in particular for pain management. During admission there were times when I would have welcome to speak with a doctor about some concerns I was having but it seemed very difficult to get hold of one and they were in a rush and not with a very listening attitude.

Improve discharge summaries with clear instructions to patient and GP regarding medications, follow-up appointment all all necessary infornation

He was very approachable and has shown compassion and competence

Been operated on by Mr Vittorio Russo. He is not just a great surgeon but also emphatic and clear and takes view if patientcat heart. I would like to formally send a compliment to him and his team.
