Everything was excellent. Staff lovely and kind and attentive. Nothing was too much.

Perhaps the catering staff could improve their timekeeping and understanding of requests.

I felt confident in his knowledge and ability to sort my condition out whilst also knowing that it may not work. His approach was kind, friendly and humorous and always respectful. Everything was thoroughly explained.
