I felt safe and looked after well. All staff were kind , caring and seemed to enjoy their roles. I was impressed by their attention to hygiene and regular checks.

It seemed like a very long wait for my swallow test which Dr Haidry had requested for early in the day but finally took place at 17.30. It would have helped to have been kept informed about the delay.

I didn't eat anything during my stay so couldn't rate the food! I haven't seen a final account yet so don't know about the costs

My pre endoscopy assessment with Nurse Florence was reassuring and informative. Nurses, Richa, Rachel, Camille . Also, Sam and Julio. All those who cared for me on the ward were very kind and professional. I may have forgotten some names! Dr d' Silva was both reassuring and professional
