Brilliant connects with anesthetist and surgeon before the operation, providing reassurance on what was to come. Excellent post-op care from Jude and the nursing team. Felt very well looked after. Outside of medical team, very friendly and professional check-in, and various porters to guide/wheelchair me around the hospital. Many thanks to everyone!
