From the time I arrived to the time I left I was treated with care cosideration and professionalism. The staff from the cleaners to the surgeon always had time for me and always appeared happy no matter how busy they were.

Private rooms can be lonely at times and as I couldn't sleep well the nights were very long. The nurses spent time with me but I wish there was some one to talk to at times like that.

From the start Mr Prezerakos talked to me not at me.His manner was easy but professional.His explanations clear but very understandable. He filled me with confidence and I felt safe in his hands. After the operation I just feel so good compared to what it was like before. Thankyou for giving me my life back.

Yes definitely. Ruth the phillipeno in Icu helped me through my first sleepless night. Her care and consideration were exceptional. She was an angel. Anders Ahifors seemed to know when to pop in. He always reassured me and seemed to know what l needed to hear.Truely a nice guy. I have saved the best till last. Ilana Marismari my physiotherapist. She came to see me soon after arrival so she could see how bad I was.We chatted and she assessed me and therefore had the knowledge of what I was like pre-op.Her knowledge, professionalism and caring attitude filled me with confidence. The day after my operation she came to start phsyio.Before we left the room she showed such an act of kindness that I will never forget it as long as I live.She had picked up on something that was truly important to me and for the first time in nearly 3 years I didn't feel like a cripple.
