The service and care I was given was outstanding. From the doctors to the nurses to the catering to the cleaners everyone was lovely. Two days was not enough. I would have been happy to stay a week or so!!!!

The only one poor thing was when I arrived at reception on the ground floor it took a long time sitting around before I could check in and be taken up to my room. It seemed to have taken around 10 mins per person in front of me.

Not one person but all staff. Well done!!
