The care and facilities were brilliant. I had an issue post-op where I was in 8/10 pain and communicated this clearly but was not administered adequate relief despite crying, clenching and constant and clear communication of what pain I was feeling. With discharge, it felt as though I was being rushed out of the room (overstayed mywelxome), with information not clear about aftercare. I had to ask a lot of questions to get clarity of how to go about my day to day in terms of care/cleaning/best practices for the next few days and weeks post-op. I would have valued a clear and structured idea of these without the need to ask the questions.

Suggested improvements
I would prefer that information is delivered in a structured way that makes sense for an average person, so that I can understand how my day to day should look like with regards to after care, cleaning, and best practices of do’s and don’t. The information was delivered in pieces across the visit, and in a way that was as though just remembered.


The general attitude of everyone was very uplifting and kind - I felt very comfortable and safe in everybody’s hands. I particularly appreciated the facilities.
