I had an intermediate surgical procedure as a day case and received excellent care throughout my stay. The medical and nursing staff made me feel safe and reassured and looked after me in an exemplary manner.

The check in process on the Ground Floor involved a bit of a wait and could have been carried out more efficiently if there had been an extra member of staff to help manage the admission of several patients at the same time.
