Mr Mabrouk operated together with a very skilled team. The entire team was amazing. Cleveland’s anaesthetist (Dr Prout) was warm, comforting, and very knowledgable, and made me feel safe. Both the urologist (Mr Issa) and the bowel surgeon (Mr Bhan) were fabulous and explained everything very carefully. The food and room were exceptional. And last but not least the nursing staff was super caring and made me feel safe.

Mr Mabrouk called me regularly to keep me updated, he is a very skilled surgeon who listens and shows amazing bedside manners, and both his secretaries were wonderful and supportive throughout this stressful journey.

The nursing staff on the fifth floor were exceptional.
