In house and long term CCL Medical care was excellent. No complaints, however some agency staff could be better trained in the system and vetted.

The catering team were very disorganised. Multiple people would come and take meal orders, wrong food would arrive, would would routinely arrive 30-45 minutes late, no one would actively come and clear the tray.

All the nurses and HCA staff.
