The staff was extremely friendly and caring, the facilities were great.

I think you could do better at managing waste. I was offered cans of water -when i could have just drunk tap water. I noticed there were no recycling bins, just one bin for everything in the room. Also i was given 4 different sizes of compression bandages when i only needed one.

The overall friendliness and dedication of the team.
