Professor Simon Redwood and ALL the staff have been consistently superb. I cannot think him and them enough for their wonderful care and kindness. I have already written to the Cleveland Clinic to say how good my experience was, but, as you have sent me another questionnaire, it has given me another chance to thank again them for their great kindness. Absolutely superb all the time right from stepping through the front door! Michael Jay

My room was absolutely freezing but that was small price to pay for a new life. (the nurse kindly brought me a heated inflatable blanket, which saved me from dying from frostbite!)
