Our first point of contact was with the consultant Charles Imber who phoned me within a few hours of my email enquiry (my email was sent at 4 am and Charles phoned me at 8.30 am the same day). That was followed the next day with a video consultation and my wife decided that she would like to proceed a few hours later which was confirmed to Charles Imber and his medical secretary Iwona Kak. Although it is hard to believe the speed with which Charles and Iwona moved, surgery was undertaken the next morning. From the initial enquiry on Wednesday morning, surgery was performed on Friday - 48 hours later. My wife and I are enormously grateful to Charles Imber and the team at Cleveland Clinic for the care that they have delivered and the speed and precision with which they acted which will certainly have had a positive impact on my wife's wellbeing and chances of recovery. We now have hope that we were struggling to muster before being given Charles Imber's name.

Speedy contact after initial enquiry quickly followed by video consultation, admission and surgery. Excellent communication - prompt, courteous, direct and clear. All the nurses are amazing. The location of the Cleveland Clinic makes a scary experience more bearable.
