Lots of staff available to help when needed, delicious food, excellent facilities.

One morning my breakfast didn't turn up. There was some last minute confusion when I suddenly needed to stay another night and the order I placed the evening before, handwritten as the digital ordering system was down, somehow got misplaced. Also, I found the bed difficult to sleep on as the mattress was constantly moving - I believe it is something to do with stopping people getting bed sores but it meant that I found it almost impossible to turn off. The last night I spent at the clinic was on a totally deflated mattress which was very bony but at least it didn't move!

He was great and had a great team.

Location, view into the Palace gardens. Delightfully airy and spacious building. Top notch food.
