Every single member of staff on the 4th floor including the caters and cleaners were amazing, they were always polite and very helpful They shown lots of empathy and always made sure I was ok. The other really lovely and reassuring thing was all the staff got on with each other really well and worked as a team I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nothing for me it was all perfect

I understood everything he told me and always made time for me

Sean Angeles - and 2 ladies who were health assistants I think the one ladies name was Michelle and I am not sure of the other ladies name but she was from Somalia They went out of their way to make me comfortable and took time with me.
