The staff were all fantastic and I was very impressed with them, The nurses and doctors responded quickly and showed kindness and compassion. The physios were very good and took everting at a pace I could manage while also pushing me a bit. They were very helpful and friendly and have really helped with my rehabilitation. The room was very good and the atmosphere calm and quiet which helped with my recovery. Everything was clean.

Food was very good but at times a bit haphazard with items I ordered not always arriving or service being slow. The catering staff were always friendly and welcoming though. I am not clear on the billing which I am going to check, so I am clear what I have paid for and what is included.

I was very impressed with the consultant and have been very happy with the surgery he performed.

Physios were fantastic.
