Except for the slight mix up in the check in process, everything went smoothly from admission to discharge. It was a good experience overall.

Make sure there is good communication between reception staff and admission person.

The consultant surgeon Mr Charles Imber spent adequate time with me to explain in detail the process and procedure involved. I felt very confident in his professional skills. It was a very good experience.

The nursing and care staff on second floor were exceptional. The Nurse in charge ( her name is Neve or Knieve I think) was outstanding. Most efficient, empathetic and helpful.
