I had excellent treatment from all levels of staff, doctors, nurses and surgeon. Theatre staff were excellent. All aspects of my stay we excellent except one. The air conditioning/heating unit was totally inefficient. Of a night time it blew freezing cold air out all night long even though the heating was set to 20°. During the day it would blow out heating up to 25°, again even though the heating was set to 20° on the wall unit. The staff informed me that they had no control over the system and that they themselves had complained. I could not sleep all night as I was freezing cold. The staff came several times to try to help me and adjust the temperature but nothing could be done. What a shame for this excellent clinic to be let down by this one issue.

This is the first time I have been under the care of Mr Sohal. His reputation goes before him. He is an excellent doctor, I would recommend him. He is polite and caring and instilled confidence.


My day carer Paelo was so friendly and nice. So efficient and knowledgeable. All the care staff were excellent.
