excellent professional staff

Physiotherapist could not visit us in the morning but called later after checkout and explained well. Discharging process could have been smoother and quicker. We were told we could discharge at 11 AM, prepared accordingly but were only be able to leave at 13:00. If delays are communicated better patients can also prepare accordingly, could have rested a bit more or taken lunch. The reason for the delay wasnt also communicated.

Mr Colegate-Stone was great.
