I thought the care I received from AAU, to the 5th floor and then to ICU could really not be better. If anything went wrong it was sorted I was always kept informed and for someone who is not easy to impress I could not be more happy with my service and treatment. Angela on the 5th floor is a credit to you as are all the nurse and care assistants I have dealt with over the 6 days which although I have been in a lot of pain and discomfort just made things so much easier
I have walked away with a loads of paperwork to read up on and a date for my next procedure to stop this pain. Anything I asked was answered very clearly
Angela the nurse I had for 2 days, the PCA in AAU Katrina?, Stefania the PCA on 5th floor, the ICU nurses in particular the bloke that had to look after me for a morning and my care nurse when coming round from surgery. It seems unfair to only say these as no one didn’t care for me and show me the care I needed and I am bad with names otherwise I would mention them all. Just a big thank you from me
