The food delivery times were usually regularly later than the time they were ordered for.

Provide greater clarification on why a patient would require specific medications, as this wasn’t relayed every time. There also seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between nurses about when /whether I had generic observations, and sometimes multiple nurses would come into the room throughout the night to test me.
