I cannot speak too highly of the nursing care on the first floor which was outstanding in every way, attentive, polite, prompt and friendly. The surgical care was impressive and professional: I received an answer to any question I asked and I felt confidence in my surgeon.

One has to strain to think of anything in this category. Perhaps a more precise expectation of return to normal life and plan for physiotherapy; but to say that is to be hypercritical and it may be that such matters are too individual to be susceptible to a general prognosis.

The nursing staff and the senior nurse in charge in particular.
