Everyone I met was help, answered my questions and addressed any concerns or needs promptly.

For pre admission I did only discover about the need for an MRSA swab 48hrs before the procedure and had to quickly rearrange work to accommodate if I wanted to keep my operation date. More notice would have been very helpful. Due to having my operation at 6.30pm but not knowing that till I was admitted at 11am I hadn’t eaten for 24hrs instead of the requested 6hrs. if the is could be managed better than would be great better.
