The whole process was well explained to me and well delivered

Suggested improvements
I had the nurse Florence ringing me before to explain the bowel prep - just one tiny comment - she said to me "have you got moviprep?" to which i replied YES not realising that i actually had PLENVU - this led to confusion when she stared telling me the wrong times and wrong amounts of water - As i had already read the notes that came with the plenvu i asked her to hold on while i got the medicines so i could confirm with her - we then saw our confusion and she then told me the times and amounts of water for plenvu instead of moviprep. If she had simply said "There are TWO bowel preps - Which one have you got?" the confusion would have been avoided. I think this would have been a better way to start rather than presumming which prep i had been given - just ask the patient - "What does your box say" or "Which one have you got as different boxes require different instructions". However, all during the call and the actual procedure day, Florence was professional , kind and caring and excellent with putting the canula in - just one tiny sentence to avoid confusion. Thank you

The entire team from receptionist to nurses to consultant (Charles Murray is superb) were excellent in every way
